IT Support/Managed Service Technician Level 2
The IT Support/Managed Service Technician Level 2 works to ensure that our customers are receiving the highest possible levels of services and support.
The position proactively monitors and maintains customer servers, network devices, backups, workstations, and other technologies needed. In addition, the position is responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving or escalating issues in a reactive manner.
This is an experienced position requiring at minimum 2 years of Microsoft Windows Server Administration, 2 years of Server and Networking Troubleshooting and experience with installing small to medium size networks. The Managed Services Technician reports to the Managed Services Supervisor.
